As real estate manager for Westslope's eastern Washington region, Bob Anderson is responsible for identifying and preparing for sale properties with residential, recreational, or timber management potential. With his intimate knowledge and love of the area, he is dedicated to matching the right buyer to the right property. He regards this not just as an obligation to clients, but to the land's longstanding neighbors-many of whom have themselves become buyers of these previously unavailable parcels.
A native of eastern Washington, Bob returned to Colville and a second career in real estate after 25 years in the U.S. Coast Guard. He spent five years as a Realtor with Coldwell Banker, primarily covering the residential market in a three-county area.
A former president of the Northwest Washington Association of Realtors and current director of the Washington Association of Realtors, Bob was named Realtor of the Year in 2004. He is a member of the Colville School Board and is active in Habitat for Humanity and his local church. An avid fisherman and water sportsman, Bob is also an adventurous hiker who has covered the Chilcoot Trail from the Alaskan coast to the headwaters of the Yukon River. Bob holds a B.A. in business from Columbia College.
